Introduction

GlansGarant offers maintenance subscriptions for painting work, carried out by affiliated painting companies throughout the Netherlands. QStylez helps to intelligently automate increasingly recurring processes within that organization.

Strategy

With hundreds of applications and dozens of connected painters, there are many moments when processes can be slowed down. Therefore, we did not look at a single automation solution, but at the entire process: from application and appointment to quote, approval, and administrative processing.

Follow-up

Automatic guards are installed for each phase. They detect when an application remains pending, data is missing, or an offer remains open for too long. The appropriate organization is automatically notified, which means less manual control is required and applications do not disappear unnoticed.

Smart planning

Scheduling appointments is also automated. Customers choose from available times, with the system taking into account both calendars and actual travel time. Only appointments that fit logically into the existing route are offered. Where assessment is required, an employee from GlansGarant the control department will carry out the assessment.

Automatic processing

Agreement declarations are automatically read out and linked to the correct file. Data, amounts and payments are checked before the processing continues. If everything is correct, the process can then automatically continue, including sending the maintenance certificate.

The result

Work that previously required a lot of manual control and administration now runs largely independently. Employees focus primarily on exceptions and decisions that actually require attention. Automation takes over the repetitive work; human judgment remains where it is important.
