Rent & Event introduces people to everything our region has to offer in a fun, approachable and personal way. Rent & Event is not just about renting a vehicle, but about experiencing an unforgettable day.
The desire and elaboration
It was already possible to book outings online at Rent & Event, but there was a desire to build a more user-friendly, faster and more attractive webshop. This resulted in a clear online environment in which all outings, packages, attractions and rental services are offered in a structured manner. Within a few clicks, the customer knows everything he needs and can easily book the desired service for both single individuals and larger groups.
Four languages & booking system
Each outing clearly contains all the necessary information, such as starting point, package contents, desired date & time and fine tips. And in four different languages: Dutch, English, German & French. In addition, the webshop is fully linked to the internal booking system. As a result, reservations, availability and stock are automatically synchronised. Customers simply book online, while the system processes all data in real time, without duplicates or errors.
