When you want to sell something online, a good Social Media campaign is obviously indispensable in the entire online marketing strategy. Although Google Leads are usually seen as more valuable, Social Media can ultimately be just as effective. We are happy to explain how we do it for our partner IT Management Group!
Subsidy for (re)training
IT Management Group enjoys a national reputation as an expert in providing ICT training and courses. ITMG also has extensive experience in IT advice and secondment for international companies and governments. Government subsidies are becoming increasingly important when choosing a (re)training programme for (non-)workers. The STAP budget, for example, is a popular subsidy with anyone looking to retrain. As long as the subsidy pot lasts, we fully commit to the combination of a subsidy and ITMG training in every subsidy period.
An example: REACT-EU
The relatively unknown route REACT-EU offers candidates -who do have to meet some conditions- a free training pathway within ICT. If you qualify, this means a great opportunity to retrain for a job in ICT. IT Management Group is a strong player in the field of training and guidance to work within ICT through REACT-EU.
Social campaign
Through balanced Social campaigns on Facebook and Instagram and partly still on Linkedin, QStylez contributed to ITMG's success. In collaboration with team ITMG, we collected more than 1,700 leads. This resulted in 600 people entering into or having already completed a pathway and thus receiving a grant to attend a training course at IT Management Group. Some of these leads (1700+) came from Google, but the majority came from Social Media advertising.

Here you can see the results of one of the two ads that were active side by side in the peak month (15 December - 15 January). Almost one and a half million views in one month.
Unlike the STAP budget, REACT-EU is not very well known. Social media turns out to be ideally suited to familiarise a large target group with this scheme. We can see from the large number of clicks that many people are showing curiosity by clicking on the link, finding out more information and making an attempt to register!

Active Campaign
From our Marketing Automation System (Active Campaign), we provide the general newsletter twice a month. We also ensure that all leads are followed up and confirmed neatly and automatically by means of a neat ITMG mail in the house style. We then send updates manually from ITMG. As mentioned, 1700+ leads were collected, of which over 30% became successful. However, the remaining leads also have value. These will be the first to be notified by direct mail when a new subsidy process is launched (due to the AVG after the lead's explicit approval)!
Consultation and advice
Of course, we have regular consultations with IT Management Group. Every month, we evaluate actions, give advice and look ahead to what we can do for them in the coming period. This way, we continue to build a good cooperation with IT Management Group.
